Development Process

Obviously it is crucial to understand & specify your requirements fully. We don’t charge for this phase but we always take the time to get it right. We will submit a detailed proposal including:

• Design Specification
• Risk Analysis
• Scope
• Deliverables
• Timescales
• Fixed Price/Costs

If we’ve missed something we will revise the proposal & resubmit until you are completely happy with it. For larger projects we will also include a staged project plan based around key milestones. We are happy to offer this service free of charge.

Project Phases

Phases of a project might include:

• CAD modelling

• Handover

Tasks will be performed concurrently whenever possible. WareWorks firmly believe that good communications are the key to successful projects. As well as any scheduled review meetings we will keep you updated with regular progress reports, graphics & visuals for approval, bills of materials, component costings, test results, milestone notification, etc.

Your design data is stored on our Linux server, protected by a RAID system. Incremental backups are made daily, while full backups are taken weekly & stored off-site.
